MRS has been trading since 1991 and we have now established ourselves firmly in the Off Road Industry. We are the distributors for some of the most established and well-known brands and products on the market. We supply for all types Off-road motorcycling, ATV/Quad, Enduro, Motocross, Speedway, Supermoto and Trials.

OUR STORY:
MALCOLM RATHMELL SPORT LTD was formed in January 1991 as a wholesale mail order business in the specialised field of off-road trials motorcycles, accessories and spare parts.
It is run by Malcolm, Rhoda & Martin Rathmell and is a close knit family business. Their daughter Carly is also part of the business. The business is operated through a large dealer network throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland and they have built up an extremely close relationship with all of them.
Malcolm Rathmell was himself a Multi-champion, winning the Trans America title in 1974 (The following year renamed the World Championship), British Trials Championship six times between 1971-81, six times Scott Trial winner and the SSDT twice. After retiring from his chosen profession Malcolm and Rhoda bought and ran a very successful hotel in Grassington from 1982-89, before returning to become involved commercially in the sport that they both love.
Certainly Malcolm’s name brought them the valuable contacts necessary to set up with the best products. Starting as Importers of Aprilia trials bikes in 1991, they then took on Scorpa in 1994 to 1999 and now are the successful UK Sole Importers for the Spanish built trials & enduro bike Bultaco which later became Sherco. Along with being the importers for the complete Gaerne Off Road Boots, Suomy/KYT Off Road Helmets, Shiro Trials Helmets, Kini clothing, Galfer Brake Pads & Discs, AJP/Braktec accessories, HZ/Neox Goggles, RQF, Clice Clothing, Riga Gomme Mousses, Technomousse, Forcefield Body Armour, Nau Helmets, Domino, Leonelli, Rock Oil & Milwaukee Power Tools.
Through the years they have developed a key team of riders from the very lowest level to the highest. Former riders of MRS include World Enduro Champion Stefan Merriman, multi British Trials Champion Steve Saunders, five times British Trials Champion Graham Jarvis, six times World Ladies Champion Emma Bristow, plus a team of National and British Championship riders in trials and enduro. During the next few years MRS hope to become the leading off road UK Importers for Trials, MX and Enduro products.
